Public information reviewed on 7 October 2026. Regional audience: Europe, Asia, Africa and Latin America. No live-account or withdrawal testing was conducted.

Accuindex's headline offer is easy to understand: familiar trading software, several account tiers and a choice between spread-only and commission-based pricing. Its published contract makes the decision less straightforward. The most important work for a prospective client is reconciling that contract with the features advertised on the website.

This is particularly relevant to automated traders, short-term traders and anyone relying on negative-balance protection. The current Mauritius agreement contains provisions that need to be read alongside the site's promotional descriptions. A review that lists the platforms and minimum spreads without discussing those terms would miss the most consequential part of the offer.

The commercial structure also deserves attention. Standard begins at a comparatively modest cash threshold, while the advertised Pro and Raw tiers require substantially larger opening balances. Moving up the account ladder should be justified by measurable benefits, rather than the assumption that a more expensive tier must be better.

The editorial assessment is therefore conditional. Accuindex may suit an eligible trader who wants MT5 and can obtain clear, account-specific answers about costs and permitted strategies. The unresolved differences between marketing and contractual language make it a broker to investigate carefully before funding, especially if an automated or very short-duration strategy is essential.

Read the current agreement, not the first PDF in search results

The legal page currently links a Mauritius client agreement labelled Version 17 and dated 18 July 2026. Older versions remain discoverable online. The current version identifies Accuindex Limited in Mauritius as the sole contracting party and describes the Cyprus company as an outsourced support provider, not a party to that agreement. See the currently linked client agreement.

That distinction is unusually important because the website discusses multiple licences and companies. A Cyprus company performing operational work does not, by itself, turn a Mauritius trading account into a Cyprus investment-services relationship. The governing agreement is the place to establish who owes obligations to the client.

Version control is more than a clerical concern. A reader comparing an old review with today's website may be comparing different contractual arrangements. Save the exact agreement presented during an application, including its date and any supplementary terms for the chosen account.

Do the same for the fee schedule, execution policy, withdrawal rules and any promotion. If a salesperson provides an explanation that appears different from the documents, ask which written provision governs and whether an account-specific amendment exists. A reassuring conversation cannot be assumed to replace a formal term.

None of this requires a prospective client to become a lawyer. It requires identifying the few provisions that can materially affect the intended use: who the counterparty is, which strategies are permitted, what happens after a large market move and how money is returned. Those questions deserve answers before account selection is treated as complete.

Regulation: separate Mauritius, Cyprus and the UAE introducer

Accuindex.com's legal disclosures identify Accuindex Limited with Mauritius FSC licence GB19024778 and Accuindex EU Limited with CySEC licence 340/17. They also describe a UAE Category 5 entity as an introducer promoting the Mauritius company's services. These are distinct roles. See the legal disclosures and linked policies.

CySEC's indexed public record identifies Accuindex EU Ltd, licence 340/17, and the approved domain accuindex.eu. Direct retrieval of the register page failed during this research, so this review distinguishes the indexed regulator evidence from a fully refreshed direct register check. The CySEC record is the appropriate place for a reader to verify the current entry.

The Mauritius licence claim was verified as a current broker disclosure, not independently confirmed through a readable regulator record in this review. That limitation should remain visible. A website's statement is useful evidence of what the company represents, but it is not identical to independent regulatory confirmation.

An introducing licence concerns the permitted introduction or promotion activity. It should not be used to imply that every trading account is held by the introducer or receives a domestic investment-compensation arrangement. Ask which company holds the account, receives the funds and handles a formal complaint.

The European site should also be evaluated on its own current documents. Some retrieved European homepage content was incomplete, so this review does not use its generic promotional statements as evidence of additional licences or customer numbers. An independently matched regulator entry and the actual contract are more dependable foundations.

Regional suitability begins with the individual country

Accuindex Limited's published exclusions include the United States, Canada, Israel, Japan, North Korea, Belgium and UN/EU-sanctioned countries. The list is not a statement that every other person is eligible for every service. Confirm the current restrictions and account route before applying.

In Europe, distinguish an account offered directly by Accuindex EU Limited from one offered by the Mauritius company. Also separate the EEA from the United Kingdom and other European markets. A Cyprus licence is not a blanket answer to every European resident's eligibility question.

Asian readers should check their own country and the proposed legal entity. The existence of a regional office, language or payment channel does not by itself establish local authorisation. Japan's explicit exclusion is one clear example of why continental labels are inadequate.

For African readers, a Mauritius-based investment firm is not automatically a locally regulated broker in every African country. The location of the regulator, the client-money arrangement and the complaint process remain relevant. Local payment convenience should be considered separately from the legal relationship.

Latin American readers face similar cross-border questions. Spanish or Portuguese service can make account administration easier, while currency conversion and international payment routing still create costs and possible delays. A broker's willingness to accept an application does not replace the user's responsibility to understand applicable local requirements.

When comparing brokers, make the comparison between accounts actually available to the same applicant. A low-cost international account and a domestic account with different eligibility and protection should not be treated as interchangeable products simply because both display the same currency pair.

The account ladder asks for a substantial commitment

The current account page lists Standard at a $100 opening balance, spreads from 1.4 and no commission; Pro at $5,000, spreads from 0.8 and no commission; and Raw at $25,000, spreads from zero with commission applicable. Maximum leverage is shown as 1:400 for Standard and Pro, and 1:100 for Raw. All three are displayed in USD. See the account comparison.

Those figures make the upgrade decision unusually important. The additional money required for Pro or Raw is capital committed to the brokerage relationship. It should not be treated as a fee, but neither should it be ignored just because it remains the client's balance. There is an opportunity cost and a counterparty exposure associated with where cash is held.

Standard is the more accessible tier for someone assessing the basic service. Its spread-only model is simpler to track, although it still leaves financing, conversion and non-trading charges to consider. A low opening requirement says nothing about whether the smallest contract fits an individual's risk budget.

Pro may be worth investigating for someone whose normal trading volume makes the tighter advertised spread meaningful and who already intends to hold that level of capital. It is less compelling if the person would move additional savings into the account solely to unlock a pricing label.

Raw requires the most careful comparison because the headline page does not state a complete numerical commission schedule. A zero minimum spread cannot establish total cost without the commission, typical spread and instrument-specific charges. Obtain those numbers in writing before deciding that this is the cheapest tier.

What would justify paying attention to Pro?

Consider a hypothetical trader comparing two spread-only arrangements. Suppose the average difference on a USD-quoted currency pair is 0.4 pip and one standard lot has a pip value of $10. The saving would be about $4 per round trip per standard lot. At ten such round trips a month, the illustrative saving is $40. These are assumptions, not observed Accuindex prices.

That calculation is only the beginning. It does not account for slippage, financing, conversion or differences in the instruments used. A trader who takes smaller positions or trades less often would save less. A trader whose orders occur during a thin session may not experience the same spread difference as one trading during peak liquidity.

The opening-balance threshold is not money that must be “earned back” like an upfront charge, but the balance must still be justified. Ask whether the account is an appropriate place for the capital and whether the person can afford the potential trading loss. Lower transaction costs should not become a reason to increase position size.

Use expected activity based on an existing plan, rather than inventing extra volume to make the upgrade look attractive. The best account for a trader who takes three carefully selected positions a month may differ from the best account for someone with an established high-turnover process.

A sound comparison also considers the alternative of remaining on Standard. Simplicity and a smaller cash commitment can be worth more than a theoretical spread saving. Account tiers should serve a trading plan, not become a progression ladder that the client feels obliged to climb.

Raw pricing has an information gap to close

The advertised Raw account says commissions apply, but the main comparison does not give the amount, charging unit or instrument exceptions. That prevents a reliable all-in price ranking from the headline page alone. A review should say so rather than fill the gap with a number copied from an unrelated review or an older account.

Request the fee for a complete round trip on each intended market. Establish whether it is quoted per side, per lot, per contract or as a percentage of notional value. For a non-USD instrument or account arrangement, ask how conversion is performed and whether a minimum charge applies.

Suppose a hypothetical raw account has a 0.2-pip average spread and an $8 round-turn commission on a lot worth $10 per pip. Its simple transaction cost is $10. A spread-only account averaging 0.9 pip would cost $9 under the same assumptions. The narrower spread would not make the raw account cheaper.

For gold, shares and indices, calculate the monetary value of the spread from the actual contract specification. The word “point” is not a universal dollar amount. Comparing numerical spreads across different contract sizes can produce a completely misleading result.

The lower advertised maximum leverage on Raw should not be interpreted as inferior service or proof of safety. It changes margin capacity. The relevant questions are whether the available margin supports the intended position and whether the exposure remains affordable. Taking less leverage than the account permits is always a separate choice.

Automation and short-term trading require explicit clarification

The account pages advertise automated trading, and the MT5 page highlights algorithmic capability. Yet Version 17 includes algorithmic trading within its defined prohibited practices and places restrictions on scalping and pip hunting, with limited discretionary ECN treatment. Clauses 2 and 9 should be reconciled with the intended strategy before any live use.

This is a material contractual issue, not a cosmetic wording preference. A platform can technically support an automated program while a broker's agreement restricts the way it is used. The presence of an Expert Advisor button says nothing about the permission granted by the trading contract.

A prospective client should describe the strategy accurately: whether it is automated, the normal holding period, the expected order frequency and whether it trades around price gaps or latency. Ask the broker to identify the account and written conditions under which that strategy is permitted. A vague assurance that “MT5 supports robots” does not answer the question.

Do not assume the account named Raw is the same as a separately referenced ECN arrangement. Similar pricing language can conceal different contractual permissions. If an exception is offered, obtain its terms and confirm how it interacts with the main agreement.

For a strategy built around very short holding periods, the unresolved restriction is a strong reason to postpone funding or consider a broker whose published terms clearly accommodate the intended activity. Changing the name of the strategy or describing it less accurately would not solve the underlying compatibility problem.

For a slower discretionary trader, this issue may be less central, but it still deserves awareness. The agreement defines the permitted relationship for all users. Understanding it is preferable to discovering a disagreement after a profitable or losing sequence of trades.

Negative-balance marketing and the deficit clause do not align clearly

Accuindex's regulatory page promotes negative-balance protection. In contrast, clause 10.6 of Version 17 says a deficit remaining after liquidation is payable by the client. These statements are materially different. This review cannot resolve which account-specific protection would override the deficit provision. See the protection claims alongside the current agreement.

A reader should not assume the more reassuring statement automatically prevails. Ask for the applicable protection policy and its contractual basis, including client categories, instruments and exceptions. The response needs to address the apparent difference directly.

The issue matters most in a market gap, when an account may be unable to exit at the expected price. A normal stop order is not necessarily a guaranteed price. Even an automatic liquidation threshold can be crossed before a trade is executable.

Until the position is clarified, an applicant should not plan on an absolute limit equal to the deposited balance. Nor should a person who cannot tolerate potential liability rely on a short marketing statement to settle the question. The appropriate account structure must be clear before taking leveraged exposure.

Separately, even unambiguous negative-balance protection would not protect the deposit from ordinary losses. It addresses the possibility of an account falling below zero under specified conditions. Confusing protection against debt with protection against investment loss is a common and costly mistake.

MT5 is useful, but the broker configuration matters

Accuindex's MT5 page describes charting, indicators, algorithmic tools and multi-asset support. The general FAQ also identifies WebTrader. This is a familiar software foundation for traders who prefer an established terminal rather than learning a wholly new interface.

Familiar software does not make every broker implementation identical. Contract sizes, symbol suffixes, trading sessions, swap calculations and order restrictions can vary. An existing workspace should therefore be checked instrument by instrument rather than imported on the assumption that all settings remain appropriate.

A useful demo trial includes more than placing a market order. Test pending orders, partial closures, statement exports and the visibility of charges. Find the exact contract specification and compare it with the order ticket. Check whether account currency and available margin are obvious when several charts are open.

For an automated workflow, technical testing comes after the contractual permission question. Once that is settled, validate the program on the intended server and symbol definitions. Historical success on a different feed cannot establish correct behaviour in a new environment.

Pay attention to server time. A program that trades at the start of a session or avoids a particular rollover window needs a reliable mapping between server time and the user's local clock. Daylight-saving changes can create mistakes even when the strategy itself has not changed.

The quality of a platform should ultimately be judged by how accurately it supports the user's workflow. The number of indicators is less important than the ability to understand exposure, place the intended order and reconstruct the result afterward.

AccuGo and AccuPay add convenience, with separate questions

AccuGo is marketed as a mobile trading interface with alerts, charting and order management. Its official page explains the intended role, but this review has not tested app stability, notifications or feature parity with the desktop terminal.

Mobile access can be valuable for monitoring an existing position and handling a planned adjustment. It can also compress too much information onto a small screen. Before relying on it, check that the contract size, account selected and order direction are unmistakable.

AccuPay is promoted as a payments service integrated with trading accounts, including a card-related offering. See the AccuPay overview. The product should be assessed separately from brokerage pricing: eligibility, issuer, currencies, card charges, cash-withdrawal limits and replacement procedures all matter.

A payment feature is not evidence that the trading balance is a bank deposit. Nor should phrases about global access be interpreted as confirmation that a particular card or withdrawal route is supported in every country. Obtain the terms that apply to the applicant's residence and intended use.

There may be a real convenience benefit when trading and payments are easier to reconcile. The counterpoint is that concentrating several functions in one relationship can make an interruption more disruptive. Keep essential spending money and emergency access separate from speculative trading arrangements.

Swap-free claims need a worked holding-cost example

The Islamic-account page markets interest-free trading and no additional charges tied to the swap-free structure. The main agreement, however, describes discretionary grace periods and possible retrospective swaps in its swap provisions. A client needs written account-specific clarification before treating a long holding period as unconditionally free of financing. See the Islamic account description.

Ask about a named instrument and a realistic holding period. What applies on the first night, after several nights and over a weekend? Does the arrangement differ between long and short positions? Can the status change while a trade remains open? An actual calculation is more useful than another repetition of the account label.

For a position trader, financing can exceed the opening spread many times over. A pricing comparison limited to entry and exit charges therefore misses the main expense. For a day trader, the same concession may have little value if all positions are closed before the relevant rollover.

Religious suitability is also distinct from a marketing description. Readers with specific requirements should review the detailed arrangement against those requirements and obtain qualified guidance if needed. This review does not certify compliance with religious principles.

Do not base a strategy on capturing a financing advantage until its use is clearly permitted. A cost concession with conditions should be treated as such. If the conditions are unsuitable or unclear, an ordinary account with transparent financing may be easier to evaluate.

Deposits and withdrawals: the policy is more useful than the slogan

The current FAQ lists bank transfers, cards and AccuPay among the funding options, and describes withdrawals as taking one to three business days depending on method. It also notes that inactivity charges may apply without providing a complete tariff in the FAQ. See the account and payments FAQ.

The separate withdrawal policy says requests are processed the same day or the next working day when received during holidays, while acknowledging banking delays. It requires matching beneficiary ownership, sufficient available funds and return-to-source handling. It also allows banking-related charges. See the withdrawal and refund policy.

The two timing descriptions should be clarified as different possible stages rather than collapsed into an instant-payment promise. A broker can approve a request promptly while the bank or card provider takes longer to make funds available. Ask exactly which milestone a stated period measures.

Before depositing, establish the exit path for both original capital and trading proceeds. A card payment may need to be returned as a refund before another route is used. Using multiple cards or wallets can create additional allocation and ownership checks.

Keep the payment account in your own name and retain the transaction reference. Where documents are requested, use the verified secure channel and obtain clear instructions about masking unnecessary card details. Do not disclose a card security code merely because someone claiming to be support asks for it.

For small accounts, a fixed intermediary charge can be a large percentage of a withdrawal. For non-USD funding, conversion can be another material expense. Evaluate the complete amount arriving at the receiving account, not just whether the broker describes its own processing fee as zero.

Execution policy: understand the counterparty relationship

Accuindex's order-execution policy says the company normally deals as principal and executes client orders with the company, unless it informs the client otherwise. It describes factors used in seeking the best possible result. See the order-execution policy.

That is important context for anyone assuming a particular account name means direct exchange access. A trading platform can display prices connected to outside markets while the legal transaction remains an over-the-counter contract with the broker.

Dealing as principal is not, by itself, evidence of improper conduct. It does make the execution policy and conflict-management arrangements relevant. A client should understand how prices are formed, how errors are handled and which records can be used if a fill is disputed.

Slippage should be measured fairly. Compare submitted and executed prices, retain timestamps and include both favourable and adverse outcomes. One unusually good fill does not prove excellent execution, and one adverse fill during a market shock does not by itself prove unfair treatment.

For a strategy with a very small expected gain per trade, execution can matter more than the published spread minimum. That is another reason to settle strategy permissions and total costs before making a large commitment to the Raw tier.

The product list is only the beginning of market research

Accuindex's public pages cover forex, indices, stocks and commodities, and the FAQ also mentions cryptocurrency trading. Availability should be verified on the exact account and platform. A market name in the website navigation does not establish the full contract specification or local eligibility.

The key distinction is between owning an asset and trading a derivative referencing its price. A share CFD does not automatically confer shareholder rights. A cryptocurrency derivative does not imply possession of a coin that can be withdrawn to a wallet. A commodity contract does not necessarily involve physical delivery.

Each instrument needs a short specification sheet: contract size, tick value, minimum trade, trading hours, financing and any expiry or rollover treatment. An index and a currency pair can have very different monetary responses to a one-point move.

Consider event risk too. Corporate earnings, dividends, scheduled economic releases and unexpected political news can all create gaps or wider spreads. A stop price is a planned trigger, not an assurance that the market will provide continuous liquidity at that exact level.

A broad product range can be useful for a trader with defined needs. It is less helpful if it encourages experimenting with unfamiliar markets simply because they are one click away. The best use of the catalogue is to select a manageable set of contracts and understand them well.

Copy trading does not remove the need to understand the account

Accuindex includes a Copy Trading account in its published account lineup and provides separate copying terms in its legal-document collection. The current main agreement also contains a copying appendix, so a prospective user should ask which version and account-specific terms govern the service.

A follower is choosing a trading process, not simply buying a historical return. Inspect the provider's account age, largest equity drawdown, open losses and changes in position size. A high percentage gain may reflect concentrated leverage rather than a repeatable edge.

Find out how provider compensation is calculated and when it is collected. A performance share, subscription charge and per-trade fee create different incentives and different cost patterns. Do not assume the account's “no commission” headline describes every possible copying charge.

The follower's results can differ from the provider's because of timing, balances and contract-size rounding. A provider able to divide exposure across many small positions may not be reproducible at the desired scale in a smaller account. Several providers may also hold the same underlying risk.

Test how copying ends. The user should know whether stopping the service closes existing positions, leaves them open or offers a choice. A calm exit plan is more useful than discovering the consequences during a sharp drawdown.

For Accuindex specifically, the contractual strategy restrictions should be considered alongside copying. The fact that a trade arrives through a service does not make it sensible to ignore the rules applying to the receiving account. Ask how the broker treats any conflict between a provider's strategy and the account terms.

Complaints, support and records

Accuindex's published complaints procedure provides for acknowledgement within two working days, a reference number and a stated investigation period, with an explained extension where necessary. The complaints document identifies the formal route. These are published process commitments, not measured outcomes from this review.

A useful support enquiry contains one clear issue and the relevant facts. For a disputed trade, include the order number, symbol, time, requested action and account type. For a withdrawal, include the request identifier, method and the stage at which progress stopped.

Save statements and important policies outside the terminal. If account access becomes unavailable, those records make it easier to explain what happened. Keep replies that clarify a material point, especially around strategy permission or protection.

Evaluate support by whether it resolves the actual question. A friendly message that repeats a promotional phrase is less useful than a precise answer linked to the relevant clause. This is particularly important when the question concerns an apparent disagreement between a webpage and the agreement.

Who should consider Accuindex, and who should pause?

Accuindex may be worth further investigation for an eligible discretionary trader who prefers MT5, understands CFDs and can obtain clear written terms for the intended account. Its published tier structure and payment-related tools give a prospective client concrete features to assess.

Automated traders and scalpers should pause until permissions are unambiguous. Anyone who requires a firm contractual assurance against negative balances should resolve the deficit-language issue first. A person attracted to Raw pricing should obtain the missing commission detail before committing the advertised opening balance.

The broker is also an awkward choice for someone seeking a simple long-term investment account. Leveraged derivatives, financing and counterparty terms require a different analysis from buying and holding securities. Ease of placing a trade should not be mistaken for simplicity of the product.

The appropriate verdict is neither a blanket endorsement nor an accusation. There is a recognisable trading proposition and substantial public documentation, but several material questions remain for the applicant. The quality of the answers to those questions will determine whether the service fits.

Before proceeding, the reader should be able to state the contracting company, permitted strategy, actual round-trip cost, overnight treatment, loss-liability position and withdrawal route in plain language. If any of those answers depends on an unresolved contradiction, the decision is unfinished. A careful pause is more valuable than a rushed upgrade to a more expensive account tier.
